La solución. Hay que editar el archivo /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.desktop. Y agregar modificar la propiedad OnlyShowIn agregando XFCE OnlyShowIn=GNOME;LXDE;XFCE;Unity; Luego hay que reiniciar el entorno grafico.
